The location is marvellous and the staff is fast. The rooms are perfectly clean with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The staff are fast, managed the parking on-site.

My room was a nice size with a view, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The hotel had a convenient location close to Campbell House Museum.
The breakfast itself was cold, can definitely be improved.

We had a room with 2 queensize beds on the 32nd floor. Nice and spacious.
Upon arrival we were told that we could get a room on a higher floor provided we would pay an additional 50 CAD per night. Have done this because the rooms on the 23 floor and the lower ones were not up-to-date. Asked if we could compare the "cheaper rooms (237 CAD) and the more expensive rooms (287 CAD) before we decide. That was not possible. We have chosen then for the more expensive room for the security. Eaten in the restaurant of the hotel. Very expensive. Just out the door and you will find enough restaurants and bars with good food at a reasonable price.

Great location - can connect to the nearby Eaton Centre without having to go outside (great for cold, snowy weather!)

Very bed experience in Sheraton centre. No service by housekeeping, roomservice, and no one resopsible as well as front desk staff. I suggest to Booked.net please don't display this hotel on ur web site. Thanks

Magnificient view from the upper floors, very good breakfast on the top foor at reasoble price, very good gym, sauna and swimming pool, very close to business, tourisic places, shopping, etc.
The price for the number is always for double room. Therse is no single room for lower price as for double.

That lobby is so crowded!!! Something should be done to bring some order and probably offer assistance to those who need it. The ventilation fan in the room could be more powerful!!! A room tour would be better, especially for service expectations!!!

The service was excellent from the valet parking to the checkin. I was on crutches and they took care of me.

Central location in downtown, not far from shopping centers, lake and CN Tower.
Typical large and busy business hotel. Internet was complimentary in the lobby but not in the rooms making the lobby a crowded area. I do not recommend this hotel if you are not in Toronto for business.

A premium king room with a view has basic facilities you need. The location is central, near to Roger's Center, restuarants, shopping and attractions and the concerts or events going on at the arenas/stadiums in the area.

The staff were excellent and helpful. Lobby computers always available. Spa service absolutely excellent.
Bathroom in rooms needs updating (old wallpaper and tile). While the spa services were excellent, the spa itself is run down and needs modernizing. Good prices though.

The kids loved the pool and the views were amazing. The staff were very nice. The burgers at the hotel restaurant are a must-try. They were fantastic!
My wife says that breakfast lines were tough to manage with children.
