That lobby is so crowded!!! Something should be done to bring some order and probably offer assistance to those who need it. The ventilation fan in the room could be more powerful!!! A room tour would be better, especially for service expectations!!!

The kids loved the pool and the views were breathtaking. The staff were incredible, making our stay enjoyable. The burgers at the hotel restaurant are a must-try. they were absolutely fantastic!

Woke up to stunning views of Nathan Phillips Square! The spa-like atmosphere in the room and the super comfy bed made our stay delightful.

While the view was breathtaking, the noise from the hall made it tough to sleep. I’d suggest fetching earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

This hotel fits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, fitness center, and rooftop pool. On my first visit, the staff even recommended a local taxi.

Consider requesting a higher room floor to reduce noise from the street. it enhances the stay significantly.

Breakfast setup during busy hours proved chaotic, with a cramped open concept layout making it challenging to find a seat. The ventilation in the room underperformed, leaving the air feeling stale. WiFi issues plagued my stay, disconnecting frequently and requiring phone calls to sort out tech problems—definitely not ideal for a significant hotel with high rates.
